We carry tents ranging in size from 10X10 to 60X120. Tents can be pole or frame type, depending on the application. Our consultants can help you determine the best size and type for your event needs. Solid or window sidewalls are available to create a complete space. If needed, we can add wood flooring to level and cover uneven or muddy lawns. We also offer heating and fans to control temperature.

Different style tables are available to fit your needs. From standard 60" round dining tables, to 6" and 8' rectangular banquet tables, we have you covered. Want a rustic look? Try our farmhouse style 40" wide by 8' long tables with solid beech wood cross-back chairs. We also carry classic white folding wedding chairs (made with a super strong resin) that are affordable and look great.

We carry all your tableware needs. From White China to Heavyweight Flatware and crystal clear glass and barware, we've got you covered. Coffee service and dessert glassware, along with silver bread baskets and salt/pepper sets, we can help you set a beautiful table for a memorable event!

If your caterer needs a kitchen in the middle of a field, we got them covered. From convection ovens to sheet pans, grills, pot burners, holding cabinets and more, we can build it. Typically, the equipment needed is based on your menu choices, determined by you and your caterer.

We will design and install event electrical distribution systems. From outdoor festivals to indoor trade shows, we have the experience to get you the power you need....where you need it. With our latest addition of a 45K or 80Kva diesel generators (over 600 amps at 120 volts!) we can supply single or three phase power (240/120/208/480/277). We also provide bucket truck service to 30' to install overhead cabling, lighting, or decorations for your event!

We have provided event entertainment since 1976 and DJ and Sound Services since 1996 when we relocated to the Cooperstown area. We also work with many local and regional live entertainers if you prefer a mix of entertainment at your next event.
Our DJ Services are :
- FREE online planning account to choose all of your music and make sure our mobile entertainer knows exactly what you want for your event.
- NO Charges for local travel (up to 25 miles) or load-in/setup...you only pay for actual performance time by the half hour.
- Unlimited musical selections from our library of over 786,000 songs currently (as of January 2021) and with a connection to the Internet....even more!
- A real contract from an established company with a proven track record...we are on the approved vendor list of all major Cooperstown event venues.

This is an inexpensive option to add some fun to your event and keep your guests motivated and moving. Everyone loves a photobooth setup and wants to "ham it up" taking an instant memory home with them! Here is what this option offers:
- INSTANT PRINTING with our high speed event printer! 15 seconds per print...in 2x6 strips or 4x6 photo size prints.
- Use our props or provide your own.....or mix it up! We can customize props for your event (i.e. themes and colors).
- FORGET THE BOOTH! We have found that the energy and interactivity soar byNOT using an actual booth. People love to see others having fun!
- You get a copy of ALL the photos taken during the event! We send an electronic copy to you when you are ready to relive the memories.
